I think she pulled this one off quite nicely: her vocals has crisp and the emotion of the lyric is very real. She did Freddy Mercury very proud; I bet he was smiling in heaven at the time.

Me too and looking into Brian's face, he did love it too. That was really an amazing presentation by Katie. She should sing that song once more in one of her concerts.

This has always been one of my favorite Queen songs.. so listening to Katie's cover is fantastic. I really like it, though I wish the quality would have been a little better.

This song really fits Katie and she does a great job. Presumably she is the only singer who can naturally put so many emotions in singing.

By the way, Katie generally makes great covers, i guess if it's a merit of wise chosing or abilities? I begin to wonder when she'll start to cover hard metal :scratch:

She has a great voice and she knows how to use it and to put emotions when she sings... :music:

That's why the covers are so amazing! So I think it would just be the same for hard metal, only very different from the original... :strum:

But the choices made so far are also quite good IMO

And the result is so amazing they can do it as many times as they want, TMLWKY is one of my favourite!

TMLWKY of Katie is touching me very deeply. One of my favorites. Her voice is so emotional, much "lighter" than the original version. For me she's like an enchanting young bird singing with these much older musicians giving so much life to this song. And she seemed to be so happy on stage with Queen and I think Brain May was happy too :approve:

(I love the original version with Freddy Mercury very much too)

For Katie herself, this was one of the highlight of her career so far. And you can see, how nervous she was. Her voice even give some signs of breaking, but this makes it even better, because it brings additional emotion in that song. And Brian May was happy too, that's right.
