Nobody dared to open that thread, so I'll do it. But actually I would be really pleased if someone knew a reliable source for lyrics and translation, all I find is definitely not worth being cited since it has mistakes in it. The lyrics should be like this, if I don't understand something wrong:
Chemo tsitsinatela, daprinav nela, nela, shenma shoris nateba damts'va da damanela, shenma shoris nateba, damts'va da damanela.
Anateb da kargi khar, magram me rad margikhar. chemi iqo is minda, shen ki skhvisken garbikhar, chemi iqo is minda, shen ki skhvisken garbikhar.
Chemo tsitsinatela, daprinav nela, nela, shenma shoris nateba damts'va da damanela, shenma shoris nateba, damts'va da damanela.
I'm still not able to translate the whole text, I will try to give a rough sketch, with a bit help of the translations that can be found on the web (which are not much more accurate either, in my opinion, unless I really totally misunderstand something):
Oh my firefly, you fly around slowly, slowly, you have shined inside me, (?) you have burnt me and made me tired, you have shined inside me, (?) you have burnt me and made me tired.
You have shined and you are good, but I ??? (I have no idea what "margikhar" means, I found the translation "I can't put you to use", which appears unlikely to me ) I wish you were mine, but you fly towards others, I wish you were mine, but you fly towards others.
If someone feels he can improve it, you are kindly invited.
Finally the youtube link, thanks to patreides for putting it online.

Hmm, a rather free translation I think but probably it still captures the message rather well. Did you find that somewhere or is it your own translation?
Does btw nobody else have any opinion about the song? I like it very much and I think it would be great if she could sing some more Georgian songs, I just love the sound of that language. It can be slightly rough sometimes, but also gentle and calming at the same time.

"Hey, hey, my firefly! You are flying slowly! Your ray so bright and so warm!
You are so beloved! And I want you be mine! But you are flying away! And does not let yourself be caught by!"
/translated by Ramazgeguchadze/

"My fairfly, You fly slowly-slowly, Your distant lighting Burnt and weakened me, Your distant light Burnt and weakened me.
You are shining and you are fine, But you are useless for me, I want you to be mine, You run away to fly to others, I want you to be mine, You run away to fly to others. ..."
I'm not sure why, but I never really liked this song. I guess it's because I have no clue what it's about.. so it's nice with a translation. Thanks. Maybe it'll grow on me, who knows.

It's a different thing to dedicate a song to Georgia than to sing a song in Georgian that could suddenly bring back certain memories to your mind and make you sad in the current situation...

I have to say, that I don't see that point. This is a possitive, very emotional song. I think, it even could bring up Katie humour while singing it, and it certainly does with the audience.
