Seriously, when I found it in Youtube and hear it, I was stunned. :shock:

Beautiful all the way to the end. Why it wasn't revived in future recordings is one of life's great mysteries. This has hit written all over it. :music:

Beautiful song. Amazing performance by Katie. I hope, it will be released one day as one of Katie's amazing B-Sides.

Funny also the story behind that. Molly, who wrote that song was supposed to sing it during that recording, but she became ill that day and Katie sung it instead. After that, it was just Katie's song, because Katie performed it that beautiful.

Molly McQueen. They wrote the song for Molly herself originally but she apparently decided that Katie sang it best so she ended up putting it on the Album.

I thought I had all the singles. I'd always assumed it was a cover.

It was written by Polly Scattergood while they were both at the Brit school. Every year there is a CD made with songs/compositions done by all the students of that year on it. Polly wrote the song, but when it came to recording it she was ill, so Katie was asked to sing it instead. Polly thought that it suited Katie's voice so well, that she sort of "gave" the song to her.

When i first wrote it i used to sing it myself, but after katie sang it I kind of left that song to her as her voice suits it perfectly!
