This a a song that really grew on me until it became one of my favourites.

One of my favourite Katie b-sides: great lyrics and beautiful melody.

Why it did not become proper album song is a mystery to me. :scratch:

She should play it live more often.

Great B-side indeed... But as all Katie's songs are great, there are some that ought to be "only" B-sides! :joker:

In this song Katie packed her weakness for scary stories

I remember the story that she told before this song at the concert in Croydon.

The song itself has a wonderful melody and Katies voice is brilliant as every time :clap:

Absolutely amazing song. For me it is in my personal Katie Top 10. I love the lyrics I love the music, and a lot of those parts are in my personal most favourite fragments of Katie's music, as her way of singing :

I think she should make a B-side album, because some of her B-side songs are just as great as her album songs.. I would definitely buy that.. (who here wouldn't.. :roll:

If they recorded Joan of Arc for it it would be more than amazing.
I remember Damien Rice published an album "B-Sides" as well. I think that’s especially interesting for people who don’t buy the singles - I guess they would sell quite well, wouldn’t they?

Absolutely. I think, Katie B-sides are much better than 99,99% of all A-Sides on the market. That song is a treasure!!!!

Today I had the chance the watch the wonderful concert of Croydon on the OTRA-DVD again. When she tells the scary background story to this song she keep a straight face. Nothing could raise a smile in her face.

They did laugh, when Katie told the story about "an enraged housewife, who just murdered her husband..." And Katie was almost shocked, when they love. That is sooooooooooo cute to see that shy Katie
